1. Order confirmation

2. Purchase of service & product

  • Through this website, Guests can purchase a voucher to use SASCO Business Lounge service at Tan Son Nhat Airport and Noi Bai Airport – Domestic & International Departure Terminals; Cam Ranh Airport – International Terminal.
  • The price announced on the website corresponds to the usage hours specified in each lounge. In case the Guest needs additional service hours, kindly extend the request at the Reception desk and make payment via credit card following the walk-up rate at the time of Lounge access.
  • To use the service, Guests are required to show up on time at the SASCO Business Lounge lounge and present the information requested by us. If you do not appear at the lounge at the usage time shown on your e-ticket or any information on your booking using the service does not match the information on your boarding pass. Granted, we have the right to refuse to accept guests and have no obligation to refund the services paid.

3. Accompanied Guest Policy

  • 01 child under 05 years old (Accompanied by eligible adult guests) are Free of charge.
  • For each exceeding child compared to the above condition, the charge is 50% of the walk-in Adult rate as announced on the Website.
  • Children from 05 to 12 years old are charged 50% of the adult rate.

4. Service amendment or transfer policy

  • We understand that you might need to adjust your travel plan sometimes, therefore, SASCO Business Lounge support requests regarding the booked reservation such as service time & date and other related details.
  • All adjustment requests shall be notified in writing to SASCO Business Lounge within working hours and 24 hours prior to your expected date of Lounge access at the latest, via email info@sascobusinesslounge.com or mobile: (+84) 963 26 18 18 (office hours)
  • The booked service shall not be transferable in any circumstances.

5. Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Booking Cancellation/Refund is NOT accepted in the following cases (*):
    • SASCO Business Lounge has issued a VAT invoice before receiving the Booking Cancellation/Refund request.
    • Booking has been paid for more than 30 days from the date of the Request for Refund/Cancellation submission.
    • Booking was paid in the fiscal month/year immediately preceding the time of request.
  • SASCO Business Lounge only considers Cancellation/Refund requests notified via email info@sascobusinesslounge.com at least 24 hours before the registered service date and does not fall into the above cases (*).
  • SASCO Business Lounge will confirm refund information for valid request via email.
  • The order value will be fully refunded to the original payment method used for booking.

7. Surcharge

  • During Lounge service, Guests may be requested for a surcharge of additional service (if incurred) except those included in the exclusive price.

8. Change of quotation

  • SASCO Business Lounge is entitled to change quotation charge or fee at any time provided that Guest shall be notified by email or notice on this website. Your Lounge service use upon receipt of such notice is considered as your acceptance of the updated quotation charge or fee.
