2. What is the cost of booking a Lounge through SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE and how do I pay?

When you choose to book a lounge, select an airport and a lounge, the costs (including the cost for children) will be displayed accordingly. You will be required to pay online with one of the following cards – Visa, MasterCard

3. How do I book a Lounge via SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE?

There are 4 simple steps to book a Lounge:

  1. Choose an airport, terminal and lounge.
  2. Complete passenger details.
  3. Complete the payment details.
  4. Receive your Booking Confirmation.

Note: You will need this Booking Confirmation as proof of purchase and you will not be able to enter the lounge without the Booking Confirmation.

5. How many guests can be included in a service booking?

For all bookings in groups of more than 15 guests, please send the request 07 working days in advance and all requests must be emailed to info@sascobusinesslounge.com

6. Are children allowed in the Lounge?

Children are allowed to accompany an adult to use the Lounge. Ticket price* for accompanying passengers is specified as follows:

  • Passengers over 12 years old, the surcharge will be charged at 100% of the fare per passenger.
  • Children from 05 – 12 years old, the surcharge will be charged at 50% of the fare per child.
  • 02 children under 05 years old traveling with passengers: free of charge. If the number of children under 05 years old exceeds 02 children per 01 adult, the surcharge will be charged at 50% of the fare per each additional child.

 * Ticket price is the published unit price applied to 01 adult in each lounge.

7. How do I modify my order information?

If you have received the Booking Confirmation, please contact SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE by emailing info@sascobusinesslounge.com or via our Hotline 0963 26 18 18 during office hours at least 24 hours prior to your departure date

8. What happens if I forget or lose my SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE Booking Confirmation?

You will need the Booking Confirmation as proof of purchase as you will not be able to enter any lounges without the Booking Confirmation. In accordance with the terms and conditions of SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE, the Lounge will refuse to carry out procedures for any passenger who does not own a valid Booking Confirmation. In case you lose your Booking Confirmation, please contact SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE during office hours at least 24 hours prior to your desired departure date.

9. How do I cancel a lounge booking?

SASCO BUSINESS LOUNGE will refund the service fee provided that you send the confirmation by emailing info@sascobusinesslounge.com or via our Hotline 0963 26 18 18 during office hours at least 24 hours before your departure date.

10. When is the earliest time I can enter the Lounge?

You can enter the Lounge after completing the check-in procedure and have a boarding pass.

11. Are there any time limit to use the lounge service?

Ticket price* per passenger corresponds to 03 hours of continuous use at the Lounge. If you need to use more, the cost of using more hours can be paid by the following methods:

  • Pay by credit card at the front desk reception.
  • Pay in cash at SASCO Shop.
  • Book and make payment on the website https://sascobusinesslounge.com

Ticket price is the published unit price applied to 01 adult in each lounge

12. Are there any restrictions in the Lounge?

Each lounge has entry conditions, location and operating time clearly displayed on the details of the lounge information page when booking. Make sure the lounge location is accessible from the terminal you depart and the operating hours are in line with your travel plan.

13. Facilities available at the Lounge?

Each Lounge can provide different facilities, kindly check the facilities details before booking.

14. What is included in the cost?

You can use any facilities and utilities provided at the Lounge

15. My ticket is in economy class, can I use the Lounge service?

You can buy tickets to use the Lounge service

16. Can I leave and return while using the Lounge?

Please inform the Lounge receptionist upon leaving and returning to the Lounge.

Note: The time you use the service is specified as 03 consecutive hours from the time you register in the Lounge

17. Can I bring food, beverage and utilities owned by the Lounge out of the Lounge?

Please kindly use food, beverage and utilities owned by the Lounge only within the Lounge.

18. In case of damaging utilities and tools in the Lounge, will I be compensated?

In case you damage or break down utilities and tools in the Lounge, please pay according to the current value of damaged facilities.
