1. Booking Confirmation

Upon completing the booking and payment, customers will receive an email confirming the successful booking and payment, along with an electronic ticket code to the email address provided during the booking process.

2. Purchase and Use of Products/Services

  • To use the service, customers must present the electronic ticket sent via email at the designated lounge on the specified service usage date (“Usage Time”).
  • If customers fail to arrive at the lounge within the Usage Time stated on the electronic ticket or if any information on the ticket does not match the details on the boarding pass, SASCO reserve the right to deny service without any obligation to refund the service fee.
  • Each electronic ticket is valid for one entry per customer at one lounge. The service duration is determined by each lounge’s policy. Should customers wish to extend the service time, additional fees may be paid directly at the lounge’s reception, according to the published rates.

3. Service Pricing Policy

  • The default currency is Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices displayed in US Dollars (USD) are converted at the exchange rate published by Vietcombank at time of booking and are for reference purposes only.
  • Service Price: The price for one electronic ticket is published at each lounge and applies to adult customers over 12 years of age.

Domestic The listed price includes VAT according to the applicable tax rate at the time of purchase.
International

-         For individual customers (no business invoice) or foregin business customers: The listed price includes 0% VAT.

-         For Vietnamese business customers (with business invoices): VAT surcharge must be paid in accordance

  • Age-Based Pricing:
Age   Service Price
Adults (over 12 years)   100% of the service price.
Children (from 5 to 12 years)   50% of the service price.
Infants (under 5 years) One infant per adult Complimentary
Each additional infants 50% of the service price
  • Customer’s age is calculated from the date of birth to the service usage date.
  • Children customers must present identification at the lounge reception before using the service.
  • SASCO Business Lounge reserves the right to change the service pricing policy at any time. By purchasing the service, customers agree to the revised pricing terms.
  • Please ensure that the passenger's date of birth and ticket type are accurate before placing and paying for the order. SASCO Business Lounge regrets that we will not be responsible for any refunds in the case of incorrect information provided.

4. Order Adjustments / Service Transfer

  • If you need to adjust order details due to an error during the booking process, please contact SASCO Business Lounge for assistance.
  • Acceptable adjustments include:

Usage Date The adjusted date must be within one month from the original date and within the same fiscal year as the order.

  • Requests for adjustments must be submitted to SASCO Business Lounge at least 48 hours prior to the service usage date.
  • Each order may only be adjusted once.
  • If the adjustment request is approved, customer will receive an email confirming the successful modification.

5. Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please contact SASCO Business Lounge for assistance. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the service usage date.
  • Cancellations and refunds are NOT accepted in the following cases:
  • Requests made later than 48 hours before the service usage date.
  • Orders paid in a different fiscal year from the time of the request.
  • Orders that have been modified.
  • Group bookings for more than 15 people.
  • Should the cancellation or refund request is accepted, customer will receive an email confirming the successful cancellation. The full order value will be refunded to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 days (for domestic payment methods) or 30-45 days (for international card payments).

6. Additional Costs

  • During the service, SASCO Business Lounge reserves the right to request payment for any additional costs incurred that are not included in the listed price.
